Jalapa 30 (or 30) is a homeopathic dilution primarily used for managing severe gastrointestinal distress, especially in children, including watery diarrhoea, colic, excessive gas, and associated restlessness at night. It is also indicated for abdominal pain (particularly right-sided), nausea, and sore anus, along with alleviating aches in joints and muscles.
