Directions for Use:

Warm the bottle of Ankur’s Mullein Oil in hot water for a few minutes. Lie on your side with the affected ear facing up and instill 2-3 drops of oil into the ear. Stay in the same position for a few minutes to allow the oil to penetrate the ear. Use 2-3 times a day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
